How do I login to the virtual seminars/workouts?

If you’re registered for the conference, check your email.

You should have an email that contains the links for the virtual seminars/workouts, as well as any passwords needed to get in.
The virtual meetings will be held through zoom.

Is Zoom free to use?

Yes, you do not need to have a paid/pro zoom account.

Zoom is free to use, and the free version will still allow you to login to the virtual meetings.

Do I need to make a Zoom account?

You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting.

You will be prompted to download the software, once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided.

You may also wish to create an account, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting.

What is the dress code for the seminars/workouts?

In the above schedule, seminars and workouts that have a required dress code will have it listed in the description.

For many seminars/workouts, the dress code will be:

  • White Taekwondo Pants
  • Taekwondo T-Shirt
  • Belt

Some seminars will require business casual attire, and some workouts will require your Full Taekwondo Uniform.
Always check to see what’s required before attending.

Can I attend the school owner / instructor seminars?

Yes, on Friday there are seminars and workouts that are labeled with “School Owner” or “Instructor.

These “School Owner” seminars are available to current school owners and those who are considering becoming future school owners.

The same applies to the “Instructor” seminars; they are available to current and future instructors.

However, There are meetings/workouts scheduled on Thursday that are designated only for school owners or for Taekwondo America Partners.
These are not open to all attendees.
